Hardware Issues
Should you desire live technical support via telephone on hardware issues, please call 1-770-425-2724. Retail Solutions provides normal technical support through our call center during normal business hours (8AM - 5PM EST). For emergency assistance after 5PM, you may reach an on-call service technician through the ProAct Service Center. Alternatively, you may e-mail our Technical Services group at service@cpcus.com.
