  "The ProAct Services team had a good catch on Christmas Eve at store 116. The main walk-in freezer alarmed, the proper persons were contacted and informed of the problems, the alarm was verified, and Giant avoided the loss of all of the product in a main walk-in freezer. The ProAct team also did a good job over the holidays dealing with the changing schedules and store closings. I have not heard any complaints and have not been notified of any product losses due to missed alarms. This tells me the system works and your people did a fine job."
