Three levels of service are offered in Alarm Management: Web only, Basic, and Resolution. Service calls are often avoided with Resolution level Alarm Management, which saves you maintenance dollars.
If an onsite action is required, Retail Solutions is also capable of queuing work requests so that alarms and other scheduled maintenance can be completed simultaneously - eliminating the need for frequent maintenance visits to a single site.
