NEW PROACT® EFS SERVICE Released

New service enables retailers to focus on key problems, not nuisance issues

Emerson Climate Technologies, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR), introduced Enhanced Facility Services (EFS) as the latest addition to its innovative ProAct suite of services. ProAct EFS takes the burden off retailers' maintenance organizations by providing real-time resolution of HVAC and lighting requests from stores across an enterprise.

Today's service technicians and call center dispatchers are often overloaded by the number of calls for simple support actions. With ProAct EFS handing requests like changes to lighting schedules or HVAC setpoints, retailers are able to focus more on critical issues that affect their business more dramatically. When used in conjunction with a retailer's energy management system, ProAct EFS provides complete, outsourced facility support. The service pays for itself with as little as one avoided dispatch per month!

 

 

 

 

Quick and easy resolution is available 24x7x365, since issues may be e-mailed or called in directly to Emerson's state-of-the-art ProAct Service Center. An optional, private 1-800 number, customized answering options, and private labeling ensures continuity of your processes so store managers have the peace-of-mind that their issues will be handled promptly and professionally. Should a retailer change store hours for a holiday or special event, ProAct EFS can easily broadcast schedule or setpoint changes across an entire enterprise as well, ProAct EFS is an easy way to augment your facility management capabilities without adding personnel or headaches to your existing operation.

As part of the ProAct suite of facility services, EFS seamlessly integrates with other ProAct services.
