Annual Holiday Closure Notice Retail Solutions (Computer Process Controls, Inc. and Retail Services, Inc.) Atlanta offices will close for the winter holidays from December 24, 2007 through January 1, 2008. In order to ensure critical products are available during this closure, we will staff a customer service representative from December 26, 2007 to December 28, 2007 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Technical support is available from December 26, 2007 through January 1, 2008. Our offices will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. Monitoring and call center services provided through Retail Services ProAct ® Service Center will not be interrupted during this scheduled closure.
