Version 2.62 is a general release for the E2 Facility Management System.
This version adds the following enhancements:
• Support for Control Link RSC version 4.1
• Enhanced Web Services features, such as improved graphical views and enhanced interface
• Improved memory management for users using both E2 and ProAct monitoring services
It is the policy of Retail Solutions to always recommend that customers upgrade their E2 controllers to the latest firmware version. This allows customers to continuously take advantage of the latest technology and enhancements.
Customers, to whom the following particular criteria applies, may find this update expecially beneficial:
• E2's that will network with Control Link RSC's operating firmware version 4.1
• E2's that use Web Services
• Sites monitored by the ProAct Service Center
