Retail Solutions is pleased to announce that Emerson Educational Services, another division of Emerson Climate Technologies, will provide product training seminars for CPC brand products. Educational Services is a leading provider of comprehensive training programs and knowledge management services for the HVAC/R industry.
Emerson Educational Services shares Retail Solutions' belief that customer training is a key ingredient to the successful application of our products, and will continue to provide the most comprehensive training classes available anywhere. As part of our dedication to superior training, our E2 classes have been certified and incorporated into the North American Technician Excellence (NATE) organization. Each prescheduled E2 class may allow each attendee to claim 16 credit hours.
As before, classes will consist of both formal sessions that are preschduled at a predetermined location, and specialized customer specific training that can be customized to your specific needs, time schedule, and location.
