Apple Computer Retail Stores, Midwest and East Coast

 Working with Gensler Architects in San Francisco, Morristown NJ, and Chicago Clive Samuels &  Associates is performing MEP systems design for Apple Computers new upscale retail stores.  Projects completed to date include: Menlo Park NJ, King of Prussia PA, Keystone IN, Somerset MI,  Oakbrook IL, and Walt Whitman NY.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Engineering Services for an enclosed mall with  over 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The mall features multiple "Big-Box" tenants, a Grand Hall  capped by an 80 foot high glass barrel vault and lined by food service providers. Engineering work  includes the fit-out for the major anchors, as well as the "core & shell" for the entire mall.
 Anchor Tenants include Target, Lowes, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Regal Cinemas.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Services for a major upscale multi-level  Restaurant and Retail operation within the confines of the Queensboro Bridge on-ramp.

 Designs were monitored by the Landmark Commission due to the historical significance of this  bridge structure.

 Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineering Services for a major Retail Shopping Complex,  including five anchor tenants. Tenants include a Cinema Complex and an A&P Supermarket.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Engineering for a unique multi-level Shopping  Mall. This multi use building, incorporates diverse functions including: Movie Theaters with an  IMAX,  two Ice Rinks and support facilities, an Entertainment Center, mixed Retail and a Super  Market.  Design included services for an independent multi-level parking facility.

 Conversion of a major existing obsolete shopping mall to a modern multi-level complex to include  a mixture of office and retail space. The complex includes a theater. Designs incorporate Electrical,  Plumbing, HVAC and fire protection, including major Tenant fit-out.

 Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Design Engineering Services for this High  End, Theater operator. Locations include New York City, and multiple locations in Massachusetts.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Engineering Services for a 12 theater Cinema  complex incorporating various food services, and an entertainment center.

 Engineering design services for a major renovation and upgrade to the existing Macy's in Staten  Island, NY.

 Remodels to multiple existing Sears Stores, involving upgrading to all of the existing mechanical  and electrical systems. Locations include:

 Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineering Services for The Home Depot home improvement  warehouses in multiple locations, including New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut,  Maryland, Vermont, Maine and Massachusetts.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Engineering Services for a large multi-level,
 multi-use shopping facility. Design incorporates two levels of underground parking with a central  atrium serving a Supermarket and several major retail operators.

 Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection Design Engineering Services for the conversion of an  existing seven-story building to a multi-level Bradlees Department Store. Design involved new  absorption chillers, and complete new electrical distribution throughout the building.

 Update and conversion of an existing multi-level Alexander's Department Store, including new  electrical services and chilled water HVAC systems. Designs included Tenant fit-out to both Sears  and Caldor Department Stores.
